Established for one of the ‘My Restaurant Rules’ series back in 2005, Pink Salt has kept it’s restaurant dream alive despite not winning the competition. Now situated in central Double Bay, the alfresco area at the front entrance is adorned with comfortable lounges and courteous staff. The scallop and grilled fig was a delightful favourite.
